Terms and Conditions for Rewire 360
Effective Date: November, 2024.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Rewire 360 website (http://rewire360.co.uk) and the application process for our physical courses. By submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
- Course Application
All prospective students wishing to study at Rewire 360 must complete and submit the Rewire 360 online Application Form, which can be done via the website, email, fax, post, or in person. By submitting the application form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Once we receive your application, the Admissions Office will reply to applicants, answering specific questions wherever possible (normally within two working days). The Admissions Office will arrange with the Chief Executive Officer a short video via Zoom to verify your identity, learn more about you, and conduct a short speaking & listening test.
- Course Enrollment
If you are successful, you will be sent a conditional offer letter requesting a police character reference and a minimum 50 percent deposit. Payment confirmation can take up to five working days. Upon receipt of the required documents and fee, we will issue an acceptance letter.
You must pay your fees 14 days before enrollment. Your place on the course is confirmed only after payment and confirmation from our team.
- Visa Refusal Policy
If your application is refused, you must email the visa refusal letter within 10 days of receiving the letter. A £100 administration charge will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment account.
- Use of Content
All materials, documents, and resources provided as part of our courses are the property of Rewire 360 and are protected by copyright law. You may use these materials for personal educational purposes only and may not distribute, copy, or reproduce them without permission.
- Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your application or request a refund, please refer to our Refund Policy. Specific terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds will be detailed in that policy.
- Limitation of Liability
Rewire 360 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in our courses.
